Consumer Data Privacy

As mandated by Republic Act no. 10173, otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act”, all information, data or processes  generated, obtained and collected from the consumer/customer (collectively hereinafter “Customer Information”) shall be solely for the purpose of executing any and all contractual transactions with the Company and shall not be retained, divulged, distributed or reproduced for any other purpose other than the transactions made with the Company, or henceforth consented upon.

Payment and Delivery

The Company requires at least a Fifty (50%) percent down payment upon pre-order through its website and full payment upon completion and confirmation of receipt of delivery. The transaction shall be coursed only thru VISA, Master Card, or analogous payment method to the same and shall only be processed for delivery upon down payment. Upon receipt, the confirmation of delivery may be processed on the next business day.

Such sensitive and privileged information with regard to the foregoing shall be protected at all times. Any disputable or fraudulent transactions occurring beyond the customer’s instance may be processed and reversed.

After processing of the customer information and confirmation of initial payment thru its website, the Company procures the delivery of the purchased item/s thru Luzon Brokerage Company (LBC) to the specified address contained in the Customer Information. Any error or mistake on the address filled in by the customer shall be borne by the latter.

Finally, after confirmation of receipt of delivery, and within eight to twelve (8-12) weeks, the customer-owner shall fulfill the balance of its payment.

Any loss, impairment or damage to the purchased item/s while in transit and prior to delivery by reason of theft, fire, destruction or any other fortuitous events shall be dealt with in accordance with Philippine law. Any loss, impairment or damage incurred after confirmation of receipt of delivery shall be borne by the customer-owner.

Return or Exchange

Given the nature of dealing with precious stones and metals, the Company warrants that all previously purchased items thru its website are in good and merchantable quality, as well as in keeping with each of the customer’s specifications. In addition, such purchased items shall be free of shipping with the Philippines; international shipping will be done through DHL or other veritable delivery service company, shall be coursed through the consigner-merchant, at the consignee’s expense.

Upon completion of the delivery of the purchased item/s, the Company agrees that the customer shall immediately inspect, return or exchange the purchased items upon finding any grossly patent defects to warranties provided herein and/or as may be found under Philippine law. Otherwise, any defects not immediately found may be presumed to be caused by the customer-owner’s negligence.

Any other return or exchange concerns beyond the scope of the Company’s contractual obligations and its provided warranties shall not be entertained and shall be borne at the behest of the customer-owner.
